• Workout history and exercise logs
• Nutrition profile data (dietary preferences, allergies, food preferences, budget)

How We Use Your Information

• Training Services: To schedule sessions, create Google Meet links, and manage trainer-client relationships
• AI Coach: To provide personalized fitness and nutrition coaching through our AI-powered chat feature. Your messages, workout data, fitness profile, and health information shared in conversation are sent to third-party AI services to generate coaching responses
• Nutrition Plan Generation: To create personalized AI-generated nutrition plans based on your profile data (age, weight, height, activity level, goals, dietary preferences, allergies, and budget)
• Communication: To send booking confirmations, reminders, and important service updates
• Payment Processing: To process membership fees and training package purchases
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and enhance our services

Google Calendar API Data Usage

Our use of Google Calendar API is limited to:

• Creating calendar events for confirmed training sessions
• Generating unique Google Meet video conference links
• Updating or canceling events when sessions are modified or canceled
• Reading calendar availability to prevent double-booking

Important: We only access calendar data for trainers who explicitly connect their Google account. We never access your emails, contacts, or other Google services. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Third-Party AI Services

Our AI Coach and nutrition plan features use third-party artificial intelligence services. Before using these features, you will be asked to provide explicit consent within the app. The following data is shared with AI providers:

MiniMax (Conversational AI)

• Your chat messages and conversation history
• Your fitness profile (age, gender, goals, workout plans)
• Recent workout activity and gym check-in history
• Health information shared in conversations (injuries, medical conditions, preferences)
• Conversation memories from previous sessions to provide continuity

MiniMax processes this data solely to generate personalized AI coaching responses. Data is transmitted securely via encrypted API connections.

OpenAI (Data Processing)

• Conversation content for generating semantic embeddings (used to recall relevant context from past conversations)
• Nutrition plan generation data (profile metrics, dietary preferences, goals)

OpenAI processes this data to create vector representations for memory search and to generate personalized nutrition plans. Your data is not used by these providers to train their AI models.

Important Notice

AI-generated fitness coaching and nutrition plans are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your exercise routine or diet. Calorie and macro targets are calculated using established nutritional science formulas (such as Mifflin-St Jeor and ISSN protein guidelines) but may not account for all individual health conditions.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• AI Service Providers: When you use the AI Coach or generate nutrition plans, your data is processed by MiniMax (conversational AI responses) and OpenAI (data processing and embeddings). These providers process data solely to generate responses for your coaching sessions and do not use your data for their own training purposes
• Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe), email services, and cloud hosting providers
• Trainers: Your assigned trainer receives necessary information to provide training services
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our legal rights
